PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the contractual relations between Auto-Design (hereinafter "we" or " Auto-Design ") and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.auto-design.store ("the website") ("you" or "the customer"). By using the website and placing an order, you accept these T&C without reservation.

The present General Terms and Conditions exclusively pertain to orders destined for the following country: United States of America.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These T&C aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Auto-Design on the website.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to availability. Auto-Design reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description of its main characteristics.

By ordering from us, we assume you have read and agreed with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

Product prices are indicated in U.S. dollars ($) or Euro (€), inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Auto-Design reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that the price listed on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

To place an order, the customer must follow the online ordering process and provide the required information. Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these T&C. Auto-Design confirms receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method indicated on the website. Payment information is encrypted and secure. The order will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the client during the order. Auto-Design strives to meet the delivery times indicated on the website but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, the customer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (for more details about returns, see our return policy: [See corresponding section in this document].

 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Auto-Design will refund the customer within fourteen days from the receipt of the returned products.

ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTIES

All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return defective or non-compliant products. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to Auto-Design, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY

Auto-Design cannot be held liable for the non-execution of the contract in the event of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. Auto-Design will not be liable for any indirect damages due to these T&C, loss of operation, loss of profit, damages, or expenses.

ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of Auto-Design. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Auto-Design, any unallowed use of Auto-Design’s content will result into DMCA Claims, court cases and will cause you legal troubles.

ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA

Auto-Design is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer, which it may need to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning the customer is subject to applicable data protection laws. As such, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete information concerning them, which they can exercise at any time on Auto-design.store (see our privacy policy)

ARTICLE 12 - DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FRANCE. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the courts of FRANCE will have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 13 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE T&C

Auto-Design reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The new T&C will apply to any order placed after their posting on the Site.
